Machine Vision Near-Infrared Cooling Camera 'BH-70' Series
A newly designed forced air-cooled housing for a machine vision cooling camera system aimed at high-speed shooting with high pixel/high resolution has been released!
The BH-70 series is a cooling camera system capable of high-speed imaging in compliance with the Camera Link communication standard. The cooling effect reduces noise, and temperature management eliminates noise fluctuations due to temperature changes, improving data reproducibility, making it ideal for measurement and inspection. We offer the BH-73M with a 35mm full-size CMOS sensor that captures moving objects without distortion and has linearity in output, as well as the BH-72M with an APS-C size sensor. Additionally, the BH-71IGA model features a SONY-made SXGA size SWIR sensor, enabling high-resolution imaging that was not possible with conventional InGaAs sensors. Thanks to BITRAN's unique cooling technology, it is optimal for semiconductor inspection applications with low noise. Imaging can be performed immediately with the included software. Furthermore, since the Camera Link communication standard is publicly available, it is also ideal for embedded applications. When connected via USB cable, we provide an SDK that allows camera control using Python, LabVIEW, VC++, and VC#.
